SECURITY DEPOSIT
• A security deposit of RM200 (cash) per unit is required upon check-in.
• The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, or policy violations.
• The host reserves the right to deduct costs for any damages, breakages, or additional cleaning required.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
• All bookings are non-refundable.
• Guests may reschedule their stay with at least 30 days’ notice, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling is permitted once only.
• No-shows or failure to arrive on the check-in date will result in forfeiture of the total payment.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES
• Check in from 3:00pm till 9:00pm.
• Check out 12:00pm.
• House keeping services 10:00am - 9:00pm.

HOUSE RULES  
• No pets allowed.
• No loud music, or disruptive noise.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the unit.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
• Quiet Hours : 22:00pm till 08:00am.

Violation of any house rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund and loss of the security deposit.

LIABILITY 
• The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the guest's stay.
• Guests are advised to take necessary precautions and safeguard their valuables.
